Pick a space & time
Choose a city, space, date and start time. Slots default to 90 minutes — adjust from 30 minutes up to 3 hours.
Tell us about your event
Your name or organisation, the event, a one-line description, and a contact person.
The slot is held for you
Your request blocks the slot while the CWI team reviews it.
Confirmed by email
You’ll get a response within 24 hours. If it can’t be confirmed, the slot is released.
Please book only what you will use. Every request goes to the Climate Week India coordination team for approval. For anything the calendar can’t handle — longer slots, special setups, several spaces at once — make a special request: email hope@climateweek.in with the subject “Special Booking Request for (venue name)”.
Partners are invited to choose their slot.
